Feedback...

Finally M1 got back to me about the voucher incident. They are going to minus 10 bucks every month from my bill till it accumulate till 100 bucks. Luckily they made arrangement like this if not I am going to complain on they poor service again. I realize that it's really good to make feedback when needed. Not that I greedy for their 100 bucks, but for better services.
